Growing up in South Florida, I was 8 when we won our first title in ‘83. I lived every Hurricanes moment, every title, bleeding orange and green. Even as a USF alum, it’s all Canes, all the time.

Toast

Growing up in West Hartford, CT, I needed a college football team in the ‘80s. Miami’s bold 20-0 win over Notre Dame hooked me for life. Moving to South Florida fueled my love for the Canes, and years later, the Orange Bowl Boys podcast was born.

Plus the Jaden Rashada lawsuit gives us the opportunity to laugh at the Florida Gators as he sues UF and Billy Napier over an unpaid NIL deal, even though the Miami side of the story is a little ugly in its own right. There’s a good chance this story ruins Florida’s NIL cred going forward.
