Everyone opens with high praise for Corey Hetherman as the defense played absolutely out of their MINDS yesterday, holding Texas A&M to 3 points at Kyle field. Toast lays out the stat of the week – that Miami has allowed only 44 points in the last five games – three of which were conference games, and an SEC Playoff game on the road. There is also a lot of credit and love to go around on the defensive side of the ball.

Growing up in South Florida, I was 8 when we won our first title in ‘83. I lived every Hurricanes moment, every title, bleeding orange and green. Even as a USF alum, it’s all Canes, all the time.

Toast

Growing up in West Hartford, CT, I needed a college football team in the ‘80s. Miami’s bold 20-0 win over Notre Dame hooked me for life. Moving to South Florida fueled my love for the Canes, and years later, the Orange Bowl Boys podcast was born.
