Growing up in South Florida, I was 8 when we won our first title in ‘83. I lived every Hurricanes moment, every title, bleeding orange and green. Even as a USF alum, it’s all Canes, all the time.

Toast

Growing up in West Hartford, CT, I needed a college football team in the ‘80s. Miami’s bold 20-0 win over Notre Dame hooked me for life. Moving to South Florida fueled my love for the Canes, and years later, the Orange Bowl Boys podcast was born.

#139: Miami Week 5 Preview vs VT – Let It Be Sloppy and Wet

It is the dawn of ACC play with the Canes taking on Va Tech tomorrow night at the Rock! The guys discussed the amazing start and what their worries might be heading into this game. Toast has a little concern that Va Tech might finally show the promise everyone thought they’d have pre-season. Meanwhile, Scoop would really like to see them run the ball in dominating fashion. We had a bunch of fun making our Higher/Lower picks with Underdog Fantasy. We will make more money with DJUglystats again this week.

IP Daily dropped a pregame report for the Va Tech game and was somehow able to make it NSFW, so fair warning there. Earmuffs for the kiddies.
