Roman says this would be the most iconic and improbable run any Miami team has ever pulled off, and Scoop and Toast spent the entire day watching highlights and recaps and soaking it all in. Growing up in South Florida, I was 8 when we won our first title in ‘83. I lived every Hurricanes moment, every title, bleeding orange and green. Even as a USF alum, it’s all Canes, all the time.

Toast

Growing up in West Hartford, CT, I needed a college football team in the ‘80s. Miami’s bold 20-0 win over Notre Dame hooked me for life. Moving to South Florida fueled my love for the Canes, and years later, the Orange Bowl Boys podcast was born.
